All memberships are a set automatic monthly charge. You can book an appointment anytime and your discount will be automatically applied when you check out after your service. Membership does not include gratuity.
New memberships require a 2-month initial commitment. After that, memberships may be cancelled without penalty or charge by providing a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Notice can be provided by email info@habitskinlab.com or call 786-694-8586.
Service Redemption
Services must be redeemed during the month after your membership draft date. Services expire at the end of this time period or upon your next membership bill.
Gifting / Freezing
Membership services are non-transferable and do not roll over month to month. However, if you can’t make it to your appointment, you can gift your service to a family/friend or you can freeze your account once per year for up to 60 days.
Appointment No Show and Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you must provide 24 hours advance notice to avoid being charged for your service(s). You can cancel an appointment by calling at 786-694-8586. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before their start time will be charged 50% of the appointment value. “No shows” will be charged the full value of the scheduled services and/or gift certificate(s) will be forfeited.
If a client is 15 minutes late for an appointment, this will be considered a late cancellation and we cannot guarantee the ability to perform the scheduled service. Clients will be offered a reduced service if there is time, out of respect for the time of our technicians and the clients to follow.
