membership details
All memberships are a set automatic monthly charge. You can book an appointment anytime and your discount will be automatically applied when you check out after your service. Membership does not include gratuity.
New memberships require a 2-month initial commitment. After that, memberships may be cancelled without penalty or charge by providing a minimum of 7 days notice. Notice can be provided by email info@habitskinlab.com or call 786-694-8586.
Services must be redeemed during the month after your membership draft date. Services expire at the end of this time period or upon your next membership bill.
gifting & freezing
Membership services are non-transferable and do not roll over month to month. However, if you can’t make it to your appointment, you can gift your service to a family/friend or you can freeze your account once per year for up to 60 days.
